Gen Korean BBQ
Project Background:
- Set-up new stores to be able to operate
- Webster TX, Manhattan NY, Fort Lauderdale FL, Arlington TX
- Hire and train new staff at each location until staff is able to maintain and operate store self sufficiently
My Responsibilities:
- Oversaw the training of over 30 employees/managers to assimilate company culture and operational standards.
- Train employees how to boost sales to maximize revenue at each location.
- Effectively mediating and resolving issues or concerns customers had to ensure the customers had a satisfactory experience.
